TI teachers Kip Lee and Ron Vereen offer drop-in practice groups via Zoom on third Mondays at 7:00-8:15 PM. To attend, please use this Zoom link. Each session includes a check in, a partially-guided meditation, brief dharma talk and discussion. Both experienced and new meditators are welcome. The groups are offered freely in the spirit of generosity, and donations are shared between the teacher/s and TI. To donate, use the TI donation form and select the PayPal option. On the next screen, click the down arrow to select “Specific Event or Program.” If using PayPal or Credit Card, you can specify the program in the text field on the form. If using Venmo, please also email info@triangleinsight.org to specify the program or teacher you are donating on behalf of. Thank you!
